Unbeatable location

Soap dispenser in shower did not work well. The coffee pods in room were all decaf one morning and my understanding of the extra 81 in fees was unclear. I am sure I lost that money. The concierge led us to the wrong waiting area for our uber.

The location was good. Parking isvery expensive and does not allow in and out, so we parked at a much cheaper garage about 8 blocks away, which was fine. We did not have the breakfast, due to the cost, but Starbucks was located right in the hotel, so that worked. Several decent restaurants in walking distance. The room was quite small. The bathroom was tiny and the drain in the shower didn't work well - I had to keep turning the water off between steps to allow the water to drain so that I wasn't standing in several inches of water.

Perfect in every way! Quiet, safe, clean, beautiful and exceptional customer service. Most comfortable bed.

The hotel is convenient to many locations; however, the room was extremely small and costly.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Close to the parks, restaurants and some shopping. We were happy with our stay here and would stay here again.

Excellent staff and service. Cleaning crew was professional and thoughtful.

Property has excellent location. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast. Safe area at night. Will stay again. Park is very close. Had a happy hour snack in lobby on fridays which was nice

Everything was good only one thing was not good you can hear next door people which I really don’t like

The lobby and hotel itself is updated and very nice. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are definitely outdated and cleanliness can be improved. I found a few hairs in the tub and the towels were in pretty bad condition.

Great place to stay. This is my second choice when staying in Boston
