Great location; great doorman; delicious dinner; housekeeping showed me how to use the coffeemaker; gracious staff. I had requested early check-in about a week prior to my 7/18 arrival and was told that it would be no problem and my request would be noted in my file. Upon arrival, I was told there would be a $75 fee (surprise to me) and there were no notes in my file. I explained that I did not know about the fee and the lack of notes was the hotel's problem, not mine. I was told it was hotel policy. Not a great look for the hotel greeting an exhausted, sleep-deprived guest. I will seek a refund of the fee from the hotel management. Margaret McGuire

Place was clean, staff was very friendly. Quick to help when we needed a mini fridge. Disappointed with destination fee. $50 to use hotel amenities??? Well if you are to charge extra for hotel features if I don't use them I should be able to opt out of that. Other than this hotel was very clean and enjoyable.

I had a good experience at this Hilton. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful. The location was convenient, and overall it was a smooth and pleasant stay. Nothing over-the-top, but everything worked well. Would stay again!

Perfect location for visiting Boston. Short walk to Commons and Gardens. Restaurant selections were great. Staff was mostly helpful.

The location was right in the middle of the city which made it accessible on foot to walk everywhere I wanted to go, it also helped that I did not have to drive to get anywhere since Boston has the worse drivers that is a benefit. Also loved the lobby and the health club. Bathroom was a little small but that is not that big of a deal.

Beautiful hotel, clean room, friendly staff, and whatever small issue we had was quickly rectified. It was walkable to Boston Common, and just beyond that Fanuil Hall and other tourist spots. It was expensive (but so are other equivalent hotels in the area), and we wish there was an indoor pool, but otherwise a great choice. We had a great stay and we would stay there again.

Beautiful lobby and area but room we stayed in was very small

Great location. Staff always friendly and helpful Great price. The Hotel Concierge was not helpful, Like he didn’t care giving information. Maybe he was having a bad day. We will return.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were told upon arrival that no room was available for us. My family and I were forced to wait for over two and a half hours, which was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially after a long day of travel with my two kids. To make matters worse, after the long wait, we were finally given a room with only one bed completely inappropriate for a family. This not only failed to meet our reservation expectations, but it also caused significant discomfort and inconvenience during our stay. We chose Hilton expecting a high standard of hospitality, but this experience fell far below that. I would appreciate a prompt response and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, time lost, and the inadequate accommodations provided. They compt $200 off our stay which is nothing but the taxes in our stay, mold in the restroom and smelled like urine beyond belief.
