The room is REALLY small (the name wicked small is totally true), the beds and pillows were very confortable. Great area, close to the T very accesible to dinning options.

It’s Hilton, so you’re getting excellent service. I had room service and laundry. They were prompt and the food was great. The dinning area downstairs was convenient and there was a good selection of food options. Its downtown Boston location was very convenient. I walked to many the tourist spots on my list. It is an old hotel, so don’t expect it took hi-tech. There’s no parking besides valet. I would certainly stay here again next time I’m in Boston.

the staff at check-in was rude and dismissive; they did not offer any ameneties that are already included. at midnight an alarm went off and everyone in the building was forced to evacuate and were waiting outside- no staff in sight to guide us at all. there was also a huge roach in our room. we were sleeping and head noises in our room next to our bed, we were scared and checked inside a bag of levein cookies we had and a huge roach came out of it and hid behind the fridge the rest of the night.

This place is older than others we have stayed at. Decent location. No waters in the room. Found out next day that you have to ask for them. Never offered at check in.Room was dated and small. Chipped paint, lots of caulk to hide cracks etc.Ask for an outside room if you don't want to look at a roof and other guest across the roof. Paper thin walls. We could hear our adjoining room guest coughing all night.Wouldn't stay here again but I've seen worse.

The staff is great! The valet were absolute gentlemen! The folks at the front desk were lovely and, when I was lost trying to find parking, the young lady on the phone made me feel at ease, gave perfect guidance and even rooted me on by saying "you can do this!" And I can't forget the concierge who sent me to the perfect Mexican eatery (15 minutes walk) when I asked for something yummy and inexpensive for my son and I. We were there for 2 nights while we visited local colleges and it was the perfect, centrally located spot!

I did not like paying an additional $40.00+ for a room upgrade that seemed to be a small room to begin with. A guest's barking small dog at 11.00PM was unacceptable. If pets are to be allowed, a very separate part of the hotel should be segregated for their purpose. I got the front desk and they responded by sending security up to check it out just as the dog stopped BARKING!
