Hilton Boston Park Plaza

Great location near shopping and dining areas.

The front desk staff was mediocre, but the bell hop and luggage attendants were excellent. The food is wonderful and the room was very comfortable.

Front desk and cleaning staff very kind and professional.

My experience at the Hilton Park Plaza was very disappointing. There were two room issues. Initially, a beeping or chipring fire alarm that required a room change. In the changed room, there was an air conditioning issue. I contacted the hotel staff numerous times. I also contacted Hilton directly. They indicated they were unable to assist because I booked through Expedia. I wont make that mistake again.

Enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and my room was perfect.

Very nice hotel.

Great location for all the main Boston sights, very nice lobby and bar area. Unfortunately the rooms are all dated and small (and certainly not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel). Bar staff are a bit rude and the hotel is overpriced for its offering.

Very friendly staff

The room was oddly shaped TV was in a very inconvenient area. The shower had several different knobs, several different nozzles.

I loved how close the parking garage was to the hotel and it seems like it’s one of the cheaper ones in the city! Minutes away from the front of the freedom trail which was a huge plus. Staff was great and housekeeping also did an excellent job! Would definitely recommend.

The room had dead bugs, one of the two beds had broken springs, the tub spout was hanging from the wall, in using the AI generated phone system, our request for more pillows was not handled as requested.

It’s very over priced for what you get! The rooms (superior King) are very small, and the bathroom is a joke — two people can not be in the bathroom at the same time, nor can 1 person be sitting on the toilet with the door open at all ( the door doesn’t have any clearance from the toilet!), and the sink is the size of a text book with zero counter space…zero because there is no counter! In the room itself, you have to shimmy by each other as it is so tight! In a king room!?! I get that it’s Boston (a beautiful city!), but for what we paid, it would’ve been nice to not have felt like a sardine!

Rooms were not clean. Bar is amazing space however 6 people behind the bar could not pay attention and customers were second priority. For balance, hotel location is one of best in town. Just a shame the staff can’t keep up with that expectation.
