部屋が古く、狭かった

ヒルトン傘下に入る前のボストンプラザホテルの方が趣があってよかったのですが、時代の流れで仕方ないのでしょう。

Facility is old.

古さはあるがキレイに手入れされているホテル。立地も良く安全。歩いてすぐのところに公園やスーパーもあり何かと便利。

何一つトラブルなく滞在しました

暖房機の音がうるさい。ただっぴろいレストルームの割に主寝室は狭く、ソファも1脚。

Toilet area and shower too small. Bathroom dirty.

This room was not worth the price tag. We got into our room, there's a bunch of marks on the walls like they have never been scrubbed. The TV is in the most awkward angle where you can't comfortably watch while in bed. The worst part was the bathroom. The bathroom was incredibly dirty. The shower was miniscule. There was hair in the shower and a hair on the toilet. The bathroom shower exterior was missing a tile and there was a crack in the shower. The following morning, maintenance knocked on our door extremely early as there was a leak from our shower into the room below us. Maybe fix the crack in the bathroom so that there is no leak and you don't wake guests on their vacation before 8 a.m.

The gym was amazing!

I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous.

Très bel hôtel A regretter fortement les 105 euros prélevés sur ma carte bleue pour des taxes obscures. Non signalé sur le site Expédia car on croit tout avoir payé a la réservation. Grosse et mauvaise surprise a l'arrivée du coup. J'ai communiqué avec l'hôtel pour avoir des explications mais zéro réponse.et Nous n'avons rien consommé ni dégradé. A noter une chambre spacieuse mais une salle de bain ridiculement petite. Dommage On n'y reviendra pas

Didn’t dislike anything

I was at the hotel for a work trip and it was nice. The building is old, has that musty smell and outdated a/c. The stay was good but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay again for how much it costs
