Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina

This hotel is great! It’s clean anIt’s very close to the cruise lines.

Hotel is nice. In a good location close to airport and things to do in Fort Lauderdale. There is no self park. Valet is $57 nightly. Valet takes forever all day. During the day it’s about a 10-15 min wait. Night time is even worse. I waited 32 mins for them to retrieve my car Saturday night. When I came back no one was to be found I waited about 10 mins just as I was about to leave the keys on there stand he finally came back.

Room let in noise from the hallway and elevators. The carpet in the room had a few stains. Beds and bathroom were clean. Good view of the marina. Nice rainfall shower.

Great experience. We were coming back from a cruise, and they let us check in early for a small fee, which was a big help given how tired we were and how we would not have anything to do for hours.

The balcony views they where great

Proximity to cruise ships is great. Being right on the water way is really nice. Seemed like the property was a bit dated and under new management or something. Staff seemed less happy than my first stay.

We paid over $200 a night to stay at this resort/hotel. Anyone off the street can walk in and pay a day fee to swim in the pool, so the pool is overcrowded with people who aren’t even staying at the hotel. We were double charged for things and I’m struggling to get our money back because we had to give our room number for everything we did so they charged us that way and then we also paid with our credit card. The room was dirty. Would not recommend or stay here again.

We paid over $200 a night to stay here at this hotel/resort. Anyone off the street can walk in and pay $20 to swim at the pool as a day pass. This is not stated when we booked I would not have booked here had I known that the pool was overcrowded with people who weren’t even staying in the hotel. The room was dirty. We were overcharged and double charged for things that I’m still trying to get my money back for. We had to give our room number for everything so they charge our room and then we also paid with a card and nobody knows what’s going on. We would never stay at the Hilton again

Poolside burgers were way overcooked except for my daughters which was almost raw. Sent it back. $25 for food you cant eat seems wrong.

The pool was amazing and that’s it! They changed over $ 66 dollars for WIFI… (found out after reading very small print)… 2 days at $33 dollars a day. Problem is that we weren’t even there over 12 to 15 hours… Then that breakfast they mentioned? $36 dollars a person for buffet and no other breakfast choices other than “snack” area choices.

The hotel is fine nothing spectacular about any one thing. Pool is smaller than photos, missing an opportunity for a big tiki bar with TVs for watching sports and selling drinks. The rooms are decent but nothing luxurious overall the place gets like a 7.8 in my mind enough to pass but not enough to be above and beyond in any one thing.

The AC in our room went out and we didn’t switch right away, also no room service was a pain. Otherwise very beautiful and staff/customer service were on point.

No breakfast

It was my birthday weekend..i had a great tme very comfortable and accessible to everything..property had spectacular views Though this was a stayacation and i was less than an hour from home it felt like i was somewhere else..love it

Very bed Staff

The first room that they gave us it smelled of mill do and dust and they quickly changed us out and gave as another room and then the power went out. For about an hour.

We stayed there to take advantage of the water taxi. Rooms are nice, clean and quiet. Their restaurant is very nice.

I’ve stayed in this hotel many times, this time was definitely my least favorite. I love the hotel due to the closeness to the intercostal and water, yachts etc. but I must say this time around the service and staff were the worst I’ve ever seen here as truly a systemic allowance of that behavior. I love that the staff love each other so much, but I wish they treated customers the way they treat each other. The only exception to that rule was Joshua at the front desk. When I tried to extend by a night 2 different front desk folks (Jenny and Jaeden) told me they were sold out so it was impossible. Luckily one of the other guests looked online and realized they were indeed misinformed OR just told their staff to say that because it was extremely busy. When I arrived there was bird poop and ants all over the balcony, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bottom line this hotel is very outdated, and old but the location and views are incredible. However if you are used to excellent service do not come to this Hilton. They do not meet the service standards of true hiltons. This place needs better management because it was truly a gem before. Please pick a struggle you can’t be outdated, dirty, poor service and have weak amenities (one pool no adult one, no room service or spa). I believe they can operate this way since they are close to the convention center
