Hilton Garden Inn Bend

Great hotel in a fabulous area.

We have been visiting the Hilton Garden Inn in Bend since 2013 and it never fails to deliver. Great rooms, great location and most importantly, great staff.

We really enjoyed the stay. It was clean, close to shopping and restaurants.

Bar was great, super close to a shopping center with dinner options.

Beds were comfy, room was clean & well stocked. Location is unbeatable if you are planning on attending a concert at Hayden or shop/dine within the old Mill District. Staff was friendly. My experiance with checking in was not great. On the day we were scheduled to check in there was a system wide crash or something of that nature and they were unable to check any guests in and had no idea when they would be able to do so. I asked if they could take down my number in order to be contacted when we could check in because we had a concert to get to and we were soaking wet having just come form floating the river and were in need of a shower before heading to dinner etc. Luckily we had a friend in town who offers her place for getting ready and such. By the time we were done we were late to dinner and the concert. I never got a call confirming that check in was possible. We weren't able to check in until 10pm. Additionally there was random loud noises throughout the night that jarred us awake and in the morning it was so bright in our room at sunrise because the black out curtains were non existent. When I inquired about a refund or a discount for all of our troubles, staff was only able to offer free parking and food vouchers for the in house breakfast. Seeing as parking is already free and I am vegan, neither of those offerings were helpful. They said since I pre-payed through Expedia I would have to request a refund them

Room smelled really musty. Everything else was great. Biggest perk is the location.

I don’t like the suite we live, the floor is sticky.

Couldn’t have a better location if seeing a show at the amphitheater!

We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The location was perfect for going to a concert. Breakfast was above average. My only complaint was that the hot tub was not very hot

Check in took more than 3 hours because of a computer issue. Then the keys stopped working

When we arrived, the Hilton network was down and we could not get into our room. The staff was working hard to get down time reports and handle the situation. I was very impressed with them! The room is very spacious and clean and a great view of the mountains. It was right next to the Hayden Homes Ampitheater where we going for a concert. I would definitely stay here again!

Internet was still down as of 530pm have not been able check in.

The property was very nice with a great location near a shopping district and music venue. The breakfast buffet was good, there was a decent workout room and indoor pool. They did mess up with the room maintenance and we didn’t get housekeeping at all during our 4 day day stay. That was disappointing. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was great. The upstairs could definitely use a mirror in the room.

Front desk staff particularly excellent!!

The coffee bar is mediocre. Breakfast is not included. Parking is an extra charge. The air conditioner made some obnoxious noises. The location is amazing! Especially if you are attending a concert across the river. The Old Mill district is steps away.

Shelly at check-in was absolutely fabulous! Clean room and an easy walk to the concert. Worth the extra money for an exceptionally clean room and a short stumble back from the concert.

Great place to stay. Nice gym, pool area, free parking and the location is great. Right next to the Old Mill mall with lots of food options. Movie theater is there, the amphitheater is close as well as Riverbend Park to do the river ride.
