I was grateful to find a room for the weekend of graduation at UF. Parking was very convenient, check in was quick, room was clean and very comfortable. I did not eat at the hotel since our family went to a number of local restaurants Iinstead.

The gym had no towels, cups for water or wipes or hand sanitizer. There was 2 treadmills and one was broken. At breakfast they had one waitress for the entire dinning room. They charged $15 for a horrible breakfast.

I have stayed this hotel several times. Usually the food is great, but this time it was okay but not great. At dinner my steak was over cooked and the vegetable mix was not good. For breakfast I have very much enjoyed the omelette in the past, but this morning they put such a small amount of the sausage, mushrooms, and cheese it was flat like a pancake.

The room was clean, and the staff was excellent. However, my husband has rheumatoid arthritis and is hard of hearing, so we booked a handicap room. The toilet was very low, not handicapped, and the caption option on the TV did not work. Also, the room was not soundproof, so we heard doors down the hall opening and slamming shut most of the night. It was a frustrating and disappointing stay.

Everything was great except for two things. First was a huge Escalade was blocking the entrance for several hours making it difficult to drop off my luggage and I am disabled and had to drag it all from parking lot. Told the front desk but they did nothing. Also, the battery in my AC thermostat was dead and the cleaning lady called down to get it fixed and maintenance never showed up so my AC didn’t work well. Staff was friendly and rooms were nice and clean.

Our room was dirty with food on the floor. Sheets were dirty.
They did have us moved to a different room.
Maid opened door and came in our new room without knocking.
Hotel offered nothing for compensation for having to move. Which was not easy with a handicapped toddler.
Not even a free bottle of water.
The staff that checked us in were very nice

The property was clean and the check-in was pain-free. Excellent amenities. A restaurant and bar on site, and 24 hour sweet shop for us people who get the munchies at 2 AM.
