Very nice hotel with clean spacious rooms. Wonderful bathroom. The hotel was in good condition and I would stay there again.

This place would be perfect if they enforced pool rules, quiet times, and getting breakfast didn't take an hour. It's conveniently located to hershey park and shopping. We bought the breakfast package but it takes forever. One day we didn't even get our breakfast. They were catering to a class trip and told us they didn't know how long it would be for our food. We were paying guests too and I thought it was wrong. There were unattended, out of control, kids in the pool with no adult supervision. Kids would run up and down the halls screaming and knocking on doors, at all hours. Nothing was ever done about it. Im not sure id stay here again due to the noise.

I was supposed to stay one night at this hotel with my girlfriend on our way down to visit a friend and we ended up getting sick two days before we were supposed to leave. When I went to apply for a refund for the room I was told that Hilton Garden is “holding firm” on their cancellation policy and I will not be receiving a refund. For a billion dollar corporation, this is a pretty bad look. When it comes to getting sick and unable to travel, not being able to get my money back is very disappointing and I will NEVER be staying at another Hilton hotel or any property related to Hilton. Your customer service and hospitality could not be any worse!

Hotel is in disrepair condition. Room is filthy - dust everywhere, mirror is not clean and bed is not clean either. Carpet is extremely dirty. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. I would never stay here again. Ever!

Nice hotel. Pool and hot tub were nice. Good exercise equipment. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy to get in and out. Would definitely stay again.

Very close to conference at Hershey Lodge. Plenty of parking even though we were told the hotel was full (because of the conference). Friendly staff that exceeded expectations.

Wonderful suite. We had plenty of room to spread out. Absolutely wheel chair accessible. Allready planning a return visit

Had to cancel the second night

Every time I stay at a Hilton I am always disappointed. The service is great but the rest is just okay. The rooms are average, this time the bed was like a rock but overall just average. Just remember nothing is included with your room except 3 k-cups. Bottles of water in your room are $2 each, no breakfast included, etc. so there was nothing wrong with this Hilton it’s just like every other Hilton I have been to, average.
