Clean and modern. HOT TUB CLOSED PERMANENTLY NOT AS ADVERTISED. If you a light sleeper road noise will keep you up.

The hotel was clean and service was very friendly. I left a note to make sure the rooms fridge was cold when I got there because I have insulin to store while on my trips. I have been leaving that note for years and this was the first hotel to confirm to me they say the note and took care of it, it was very impressive. Breakfast was not free, it was like 11 or 15 dollars.

The front desk staff (Pat) was fantastic. When we encountered problems at check-in, Pat was very helpful along with another female staff member (possibly a manager). The shower had a ring of mold/mildew about 3 inches wide around the bottom of the shower wall. The water in the shower never got hot. We had lukewarm showers for 3 days. The window shades were broken, and the cabinet doors were loose and hanging ajar. It took our entire stay (3 days) to get the temperature in the room stabilized. We often stay at Hilton Garden Inns, and this is by far the worst experience we've ever had.

This is our second time staying here. The facility is nice and clean. However, the customer service, while "good enough," was a bit lacking. I can't explain it other than it could have been better. They don't go above and beyond to greet you or make you feel welcome. We did have a problem with the heat not shutting off in our room. It was 76 deg. F when we arrived and stayed that way after hours. The staff did move us to another room on the same floor later that night, which was nice. My only other complaint is that there is no complimentary bfast - it's $20pp and not great. Would stay here again for convenience.

Was a great place to stay. Little disappointed when it listed there was a hot tub but learned it has been closed for awhile. Which there was a way that can be updated when you reserve on line. Only negative thing to say.

Really over priced for property. $179???? Needs updating $$ for everything , breakfast not included, water not include. $2.50 for water! Coffee machine cheap and difficult to work in the room. Rudy showing thru painted molding Bathroom much as smaller than what is in new hotels

Great property, but maintenance need to be active at getting some things fixed. Diverter for shower was broken and back entry door handle wouldn’t open the door with out a lot of force.

Very convenient and plenty of places to eat around hotel. Room cleaning was not available on the weekend at least my room was not cleaned on Saturday.

The staff were very friendly.. The young lady at the front desk Shaunda was always curtious and helpful.

The maid didn't clean our room nor changing towels while we were staying at the hotel. We had to empty the trash can ourself and fix the bed.

Was not clean in the common areas and the hot tub had clearly been broken for some time. The pool door was broken and one elevator. The heater was on inside instead of AC in a heat wave. Dirty dishes outside piled up. They didn’t have the correct room available for the 4 of us so we had to use air beds

Check in was terrible; system was down! App wouldn’t work to digitally check in. Check out ok; system down, no receipt. Also no blanket for the sofa bed. No one would bring it to the room! Had to go to front desk to pick up!
