The service staff are nice and let me in earlier due to weather conditions

Whwn we got there on fri the internet was down didnt go back up until sunday. The towel rack in bathroom was broken

We continue to stay at this hotel for soccer games and I’m going to make a serious recommendation to our club not too anymore. The Wi-Fi never works. Yesterday half our team couldn’t check in because the Wi-Fi and Internet was down. Today half of our team could get late check out the other half couldn’t. Last night half couldn’t check in due to problems with technology and missed our team dinner while sitting in cold wet uniforms. Ordered breakfast side of eggs and bacon and they forgot. Had to ask more than once and over 30 mins went by. Faucet in our bathroom was broken and it smelled like mold. And when we complain to the staff they don’t seem to care. Hilton do better. Totally not worth staying here just for Hilton points which apparently I don’t get because I used Expedia to book it. Go elsewhere.

The system was not working. Waited hours in the lobby before we could check in.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We brought our dogs on this trip. One of them got a little barky, but no one complained. I think the walls in the rooms are nice and thick. We never heard others either.

Our experience with staff was positive. They were very helpful and responsive. Another strength of facility is that it had ample parking, is pet friendly, the location is walkable for short strolls, and the fitness center was better than expected. The three star rating was average because the room wasn’t anything extraordinary, however it was nice to have a minifridge and microwave. It was nice they had a small market of snacks but I was surprised by how expensive things were. Also, we had a first in a hotel with the toilet clogging. The staff was responsive when we notified them. If you’re looking for something basic to meet your needs with good access to the city and freeway for a reasonable cost. I would recommend.

Was nice stuff and clean room

The service team was wonderful, but was in room 420 . This room was next to a service room or mechanical room, hear buzzing after 12:30 AM in the morning. Look for Sandy Boulevard.

The room had some broken items in the bathroom. Any repairs done earlier were shoddily done. Very disappointed in this higher end hotel chain. For the price of the room, we should have stayed at the Travelodge that was closer to our venue. The only plus was the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I really wish I got her name but there was such a pleasant desk agent. She made it a point to say good morning to our family every morning & go out of her to ensure we had what we needed during the duration of our stay.

You can hear TV sound from adjacent room clearly. Noises from heater is so loud. System needs service. Not the best Hilton Garden Inn I stayed.

I absolutely loved this place. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was decent. $12 for the buffet. Not bad. The staff was responsive and cannot beat the location. Great value. This will be my spot whenever I have to go to Portland. Can you dig it?

Very nice lobby. Only complaint is the shower curry smelled a little like mold

I could hear the guy in the room next to mine snoring, but other than that it was perfect.
