エアコンが故障しており、フロントスタッフに言ったが謝罪も対応も何にもなし。座ったまま、満室で替える部屋はないとのこと。どんな教育を受けてるのか全く理解できない対応に怒り浸透で眠る事も出来なかった。 建物は古いが部屋は清潔で悪くない。 人財が悪いと全ての体験価値がダダ下がり。

For 375 to $400 a night and you don't have a bench for your customer to sit on when they come outside it's very ridiculous I asked for my sheets to be changed 2 days in a row and did not get anything done

The shuttle only takes you federal circle.

The first room I was assigned the sheets were dirty the front desk assigned me a new room. I paid for parking in cash Because I didn’t want any charges on my card and I was still billed for parking. I tried calling the hotel 5 x I was redirected even given a number in Manhattan

The layout of your front area was unique because of openness

Recently renovated rooms, very clean and comfortable with coffee machine and fridge. Bar and restaurant area a little basic and lacking in personality but a view into the kitchen was good and I had an excellent meal. The transfer to the terminals was actually to the Air Train which initially concerned me as I had an early check-in and it was the main reason that I was spending the night near JFK. My previous hotel stays took me to the terminals, however there are major road works and delays around the airport area so it could actually be best. Surprisingly it only took 30 minutes from hotel to Terminal 8 and that was the last stop. Although not as easy as a transfer to the terminal doors it was not difficult and the airtrain from the drop off to the terminals is free and well communicated.

It was the perfect location for what we needed. However, whenever we needed the front desk there was always a line out the door and our phone in the room did not work. Other than that it was an okay stay.

Nice rooms only real noise was from the planes flying over

The front desk staff were excellent along with most of the restaurant staff!! Bed was comfortable and easy to rest!! Shower needed done more attention as there were black mold/mildew around the inside of the lower extremities!!

The facility is very good ,and the staff very courteous. The immediate outside environment is however dirty
