Booked king room and got queen or maybe smaller. Said airport shuttle was until 10pm, but I was never warned. I even asked via expedia at time of booking and they never answered.

There was a broken toilet and a hair in my bed. Moved me rooms, then the shower never got hot.. so they had to let me use another rooms shower and go back to my other room. No comps no apologies.. sucked

Not very good experience. It started off that i wrote to the hotel a couple of days before i came with regards the shuttle - never received any answer (the mail on their website) - so i had to pay for an Uber. Second, the hotel is old, run down, not pleasant. Checkin took long. Not a nice hotel. Oh, and the AC is very loud so I had to turn it off to sleep.

The house keeper or the stuff stolen our souvenirs that we just bought from our visiting the Empire State Building and alone with our medication and they claimed they didn’t but look! Who else got into our room during our time out of the hotel, this is not good.
