Generally a fine stay, staff friendly and helpful room clean and stocked. Big complaints with the “hvac” which was ineffective and rattled like a Sherman tank. The most disappointing thing was the TV reception. We are Vikings fans and Emmy watchers and both channels were at best pixelated and often went down completely.

There was a really strong smoke smell in our room. As a Hilton member I'm used to getting free water at checkin. This property said you only got something if you were a silver member or above.

There was a broken toilet and a hair in my bed. Moved me rooms, then the shower never got hot.. so they had to let me use another rooms shower and go back to my other room. No comps no apologies.. sucked
