I really appreciated being so close to the airport and providing us with a shuttle, allowing us to return our rental car early. The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was lovely.

Some how our reservation got canceled by our third-party booking application and the staff was very accompanying in getting our reservation reestablished. Also, the restaurant staff was very friendly.

I was shocked and disappointed by the front desk staff member, Aamani ‘s response. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and it felt like she was taking out her work-related frustration on me. As a guest simply requesting a copy of my receipt, I should not have been treated with such impatience or disrespect.
