The hallways were obstructed by workers and their equipment making it unsafe and inconvenient. Should have opened a banquet room to substitute for the lobby.

Great location! Great personnel! Room very nice! Despite the “advertised” construction/renovations warning on their website was still nice. HOWEVER, this location was specifically chosen for their featured and PICTURED INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB ON THEIR WEBSITE for a special 50th birthday celebration getaway! Much to my HORRIBLE DISCOVERY when we got to the pool area there was NO HOT TUB TO BE FOUND!! I was given an apology and that was it! No one offered to find us another location that did have what we expected, WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. I think if they went through all the trouble of making the change on their website to show there were renovations being done surely they could have updated the pictures and descriptions so that the new pool area did NOT show the hot tub!

I suggested to the front desk agente to inform her manager that at the moment we did the reservation it was not inform that the hotel was in construction, notification was received after we did the payment. Instead of acknowledging, she refuted that the only area under construction was the lobby and that sahould not affect us

Hotel was fine. They advised me of renovations going on in the lobby. At check-in make sure you ask for upper level floor.

The shower water was not very hot, Luke warm at best. Didn’t know renovations were taking place prior to our arrival.

Disappointed as we were not made aware of renovations being done at the property. We were on the 1st floor. Room was dimly lit and the bathroom sink trickled water. No water pressure.

The staff was amazing but the pool and laundry are closed and the hotel is being renovated as of this weekend. We did not know about this and the staff went above and beyond. We also had a plumbing issue and had to go to anotjer room to shower this am. We have stayed here several rimes over the years so i do ceel like its due to the renovations

Check in staff was very nice and process was easy. I loved the Hershey kisses. The room is average..has the basics.

Room was very clean, convenient location, check in desk staff very welcoming. Love all the flavored coffees and the hot chocolate with all the fixings! Beautifully decorated and smelled like Christmas!

Overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend it.
