Upon checking in I was surprised with some $20 fee for what idk…then the listing said breakfast but didn’t say what kind actuality it was $12-$15 for breakfast and the girl working in the breakfast area was very rude with her answer.

Location is great for me. And walking around the small lake is lovely. The fun shopping next door is enticing.

Thought it was ridiculous that they charge for Breakfast. It would have cost me 100 dollars to feed my family for a Breakfast that should have been part of the stay.. for darn sure i will never stay there again. Also the bed and pillows suck very uncomfortable.

Terrible! The desk clerk was rude, insulting, disrespectful, unprofessional and UNaccommodating. The hot tub is a joke, hot water and one jet, rooms are needing updated and repainted, $15.00 a person for breakfast that is normally free and tastes better. This is a HILTON, I have stayed at Motel 6 with better service, cleaner and definitely a better and more polite desk clerk. This lady would not even stand to greet you…!! Unfriendly!

We not like that the entire hotel smelled like marijuana (pot). Also, during our stay the hot tub was not sufficiently maintained or enough warm enough to enjoy. We later learned that our friends who also stayed the entire time we did, received a refund for 1 night. We also felt the hotel could use some major updates. The furniture in our room was strained and nasty, the mini-fridge in our room never got cold, the list goes on and on. Nevertheless, we wasn’t very pleased with our stay especially with this being a Hilton property. S. Malicott (OKC)
