Ethan at the desk late was super helpful. Always love stopping here. Rooms are clean and tidy. Great sushi place right next door. Our pups love it too!

Great Staff.

Hotel is very nice. Beds are to low, toilet is to low, the floor level shower was poor. Water covered at least 1/2 the bathroom floor after a shower. For a Hotel like a Hilton we couldn't believe they didn't leave coffee and hot water for tea out. The hotel and its grounds are nice but it needs some updating.

Nice clean Hotel for visiting Ricketts Glen Park. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Polite staff, clean room, convenient. Pet friendly.

Clean, nice pool, pleasant staff

Only stayed for one night, but the staff were lovely, the room was very big and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic too. Would highly recommend.

Its an amazing place to stay they are so welcoming..

The only thing good was the parking. The staff knew nothing! I had to ask for everything! I came back to an unmade room. I was taking a shower, and the drain was clogged, I lifted the shower drain cover and pulled out a glob of hair that completely stopped up the drain. I had to ask for coffee pods for the Keurig coffee machine in the room. I checked in and the guy behind the counter said I can use cash when I check out, noy true! The arrogant old lady at the desk asked me my room number and without saying anything, said OK you`re checked out. I told her I was using cash, and she said we are cashless. There`s nothing about being cashless. The breakfast was no longer an included buffet. I was led to believe it was! My entire two nights were horrible! There was a time when the name Hilton stood for higher standards than the rest, not anymore. I will never book with Hilton again.
