We love the staff. Particulate gentleman in valet. They always remember us and make an effort to greet us. Small things like that bring customers back. Props to Metkel at valet for exceptional service and thank you to Juan for retrieving my Starbucks lol.

Perfect for our stay the night before our early morning flight from LAX. Great location, excellent and helpful staff, clean spacious rooms and a free shuttle to the airport. Nice bar!!

Room was dusty and bathroom was dirty. Very expensive hotel but it does not meets the quality of the price. Has no WiFi, parking or breakfast. Basically I payed to sleep in an okay room. Not considering to stay at this hotel again.

This hotel has been my least favorite, but unfortunately we stay here for competitions that are hosted on site. The rooms and elevators smell like smoke and marijuana. The bed is not comfortable and the bathrooms are tiny. The employees are nice, but there should be some up-staffing when you have thousands of people coming in at one time for an event.

Pretty good. Friendly & helpful staff, and several dining options. The food is good overall but the wings at Landings Bar and Grill were excellent. I was there on a Sunday & disappointed that the Runway Bar on the 16th floor was closed. It looked like a gorgeous sunset from what little I could see from my hotel room. I was looking forward to having a drink and enjoying the view. The other disappointing aspects were the lack of mini fridge in the room(s), & the absence of a water fill station in the lobby, or anywhere on site. The sink in the bathroom was too shallow to fill my reusable water bottle up. Needs improvements but overall a good property.

There was no fridge. The water for the shower is hard to turn on. Some of the staff was friendly, but we did come from another Hilton hotel where the staff was going over and beyond so the staff felt unfriendly compared to that

Hotel was fine, but a bit dated. Parking was interesting. Proximity to the airport meant it was extremely noisy, especially as it was poorly sound insulated.
