I stayed at the Hilton LAX and was disappointed to find there was no running water during my visit till 8pm. My friend and I were given a $30 credit each, but with prices like $10.75 for a bottle of Evian and $18 for a soggy wrap at the bistro, it didn't go far. Check-in was slow, but the airport shuttle service was efficient and a highlight of the stay.

The bathroom was very small and old. The water would not stay hot and at one point I didn’t have any water to bathe. The lobby was the nicest part of the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend staying here because it was too expensive for the quality you receive.

I did not like teh fact that the floor I was on 17th had no water from 12 to 8P on Monday and I was no informed of that before my booking

For the price of what you pay it is not worth it. The room is ok and clean. But down side is there is no fridge or microwave. The bathroom is very old. The shower faucet needs to be replaced. The parking is $65! And the parking is very tight. Your car is getting a dent. On top of the cost of the room. I spend over $300 and it was not worth it. It is a basic hotel. Fancy when you walk in the lobby and elavator but the room is basic. For this kind of room might as well go to a holiday inn or even comfort inn. You can get a nice $300 stay at the Marriott with free breakfast. Never again

There was no running water in the shower. I discovered this in the morning since I usually shower in the morning, not evening. I was in a hurry to pack and leave so had to make do with just washing my face at the sink. Kind of disappointing since a shower would have been nice.
