It was easy checking in and out but I was very disappointed the hallways were dirty and there was refrigerators in the hallways. I didn’t feel like I was staying at the Hilton. The jacuzzi were not working. And the couples doing activities have no self respect for themselves. Phones in the room weren’t working properly. Never will I stay at this Hilton!!

This room was tiny as hell for $200 and with no microwave to heat food. The photos on the website make the room seem much larger, extremely larger than it is in truth. Also parking was a nightmare, we could not find where to park so we just valet'd and no one told us the cost to park, which was $75. I paid $275 for one night, no complimentary breakfast ($21-36) and a room which was primarily bed, with a what looked like a miniature bathroom. I will NEVER stay at Hilton again!

I stayed at the Hilton LAX and was disappointed to find there was no running water during my visit till 8pm. My friend and I were given a $30 credit each, but with prices like $10.75 for a bottle of Evian and $18 for a soggy wrap at the bistro, it didn't go far. Check-in was slow, but the airport shuttle service was efficient and a highlight of the stay.

The bathroom was very small and old. The water would not stay hot and at one point I didn’t have any water to bathe. The lobby was the nicest part of the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend staying here because it was too expensive for the quality you receive.
