Hilton Los Angeles Airport

Walking into this hotel you would think the rooms would be in similar condition. However, the room seemed very run down and outdated. The shower was very hard to use. The handle was hard to pull out to turn the water on, the shower head was very old and had poor flow, and the stopper for the tub did not work. My sister is disabled and could not take a proper shower. Parking is horrible and the ticket says guest pay $65 for self parking however every time we were charged $75. People drive so fast in the underground parking garage that we were almost hit several times. We tried to valet park and were ignored when we pulled up twice with no direction of where to go other than to keep moving. I tried to ask staff about the parking but was just told “you can take care of that later” so I don’t think he was understanding that I needed help then.

Convenient airport shuttle service and extremely helpful shuttle attendant. Valet personal was also helpful when I approached to ask question about long term parking. Shower and carpet seemed outdated. Overall great experience. Will book again.

Quick overnight trip, pleasant enough

I love the convenience of the location of the property. 6 min up the road from the terminal; it doesn’t even feel like you left the airport when you arrive at hotel. I also love the shuttle experience and it’s fairly easy to find. Concierge is super nice and accommodating. The only thing I don’t love is the rooms need some TLC and could use some renovating with the carpet and bathrooms. But we’re only here for 26 hours so everything is really kinda perfect for our short stint.

We chose Hilton as we expected a certain standard from them. The room was falling apart and the bathroom should have been condemned.

The way to go if you have a flight from LAX. Hotel clean and modern, superb room and bath. Easy shuttle to LAX removes headache of driving to terminal. If leaving car, can park long-term at hotel or in adjacent lots/garages which are convenient (though shop a bit for prices). Not overly pricy, compares favorably with other nearby LAX hotels. Recommended highly!

Great location. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable to stay in. Overall, great experience.

Staff was great but the room was old and musty. The beds were sooo bumpy and dented. I could also hear the people in the room next to me. And a lady was struggling to find my reservation it took long at check in and to get my parking in and out pass. The parking garage was poorly ventilated and there was no space and super tight spots.
