The bathtub was chipped and stained and we were right next door to the garbage or laundry shoot which was very noisy and went on through the night. Beds were comfortable, but the condition of the bathroom was not very good.

They tried to charge us for the room as we paid through orbitz, showed them the receipt and they did fix it, but I truly think it’s their scam, so beware, also rude people being loud at all hours of the night…

The only problem I had with the hotel was checking in. The woman who greeted me made me feel unwelcome and had major attitude. I’m not expecting red carpet service, but treating a paying customer poorly because they’re not one of the Kardashian sisters with bling speaks poorly of the chain.

The window was cracked, there was an old lip stick stain on the Bedding, Parking was $65 each night which was not mentioned and I was charged $72 a night for parking alone, along with a $200 deposit, which also wasn’t mentioned. The pool looked disgusting. The view of LAX Terminal was amazing
