I liked everything, but the parking was way too expensive! Luckily, there’s a huge parking lot right next door for less than half the hotel’s price.

Stayed 3 nights during a recent visit to the LA area. Chose the hotel due to its proximity to the airport. The free shuttle service to/from the airport worked well, with shuttles running about every 10 minutes. Drivers were friendly and helpful. If you have a rental car there is a parking garage right next door. Just past that is the station for the light rail, which we did not use, but which could take you into the city center. The room was large and the king bed comfortable, except for the heavy duvet. The hotel has a text message communication system and when they reached out to see what we needed, I replied, 'a blanket'! It was delivered to the room quickly and replaced the duvet for more comfortable sleep. This room 1053 is oriented in the direction of the airport, and the noise of jets taking off was quite audible into the late night hours. The breakfast buffet was over $30/person, so we walked to Dennys just down the street. Overall, the stay felt expensive to me for what we got, but I am not very familiar with the LA tourism system, so this could just be what things cost. If you decide to stay here, you won't have a bad stay.

The concierge offered to upgrade our room for a fee. I declined and after that he informed me that our requested room was taken. He downgraded the room and offered free breakfast. I declined and asked for parking vouchers. The walls are thin, loud construction waking us up at 8am and was going until 5pm. The room has no fridge or microwave which was inconvenient since our original room was supposed to have one.

The rooms did not look as nice as online. They're clean but a little worn, especially in the bathroom. Stayed 2 days and had to change rooms. A/C didnt work in thw first room and the sink in my 2nd room only had hot water. Bare minimum accommodations for these inconveniences were made upon check out.

This hotel is definitely showing its age. When we arrived after a long, delayed flight, our reservation (which we thought would have two queen beds for four adults) was instead in a room with two small doubles—and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, there was no hot water. We were then moved to another room with hot water, but it was wheelchair-accessible. While accessible rooms are important, it wasn’t suitable for our needs—the closet was too low to hang long dresses we needed for our event, and the space itself felt dark and basement-like, with no natural light. At that point, we were exhausted and didn’t ask to be moved again. As Hilton Gold Members, this was disappointing. However, the next morning, Eugene at the front desk completely turned things around. He went above and beyond to move us to the 17th floor, where the hotel is in the process of remodeling. The queen beds there were much more comfortable, and the refreshed rooms made a huge difference. Honestly, Eugene saved our trip—his professionalism and care stood out. TL;DR: the property is old and many rooms really show it, but the remodeled rooms on the 17th floor are excellent. If you stay here, I highly recommend requesting one of those. Service can make all the difference, and thanks to Eugene, ours ended on a high note.

I paid extra for an early check in after a long international flight but the room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke. Very frustrating to have this initial experience and have to move to another room.

Upscale. Great service for free airport shuffle. Very busy as lots of airline crew checking in and out. Waited in line to check in for over 15mins. Requested for help via operator and was transferred 3 times before a Manager helped. Worth it if you want to be close to airport.

Our trip was overall good. The Hotel was nice. Older feeling one we got to our room but overall, no real issues other than some pretty horrible smells in the hallway outside of our room. My only real complaint is that parking cost me 71.50/night for 3 nights. That feels like they're charging a ridiculous price for parking, just because they can. I would not stay here again simply for that reason.
