Made this my overnight after a long day of travel from Vietnam. I stayed here before my trip and asked for the same room upon my return. They were able to accommodate my request so it felt like “coming home”. Simple meal at the bar was a good end to a very long day. Airport shuttle is very easy as well.

It is very close to the airport and they provide transportation. However, the bathroom needs to be updated. The tub is very old and wallpaper is peeling.

I didn’t actually stay here. The one star is for the customer service received from the manager. I booked this room through Hotels.com at the last minute because I was flying home from Europe and my partner was very sick and said I probably shouldn’t go directly home for a couple of days. I thought I was flying into Newark as that has the airport that I flew out of. But about an hour or two after I booked the reservation, I realized I was wrong and I was flying into another airport about two hours away from Newark. I reached out to cancel, hoping that some kind of an exception could be made considering I had just now booked and the manager was not in. Hotels.com reached back out to him for me a couple of hours later as I was already on my flight and they refused to give me a refund. I do travel quite a bit and I do often have to stay a night near the airport. I won’t book this one. That’s for sure. Understanding is a big part of customer service in hospitality

Overall great hotel if you are doing a quick trip, the transportation to the city is a little lengthy but the staff gave good instructions. The shuttle was very convenient and ran smoothly.
