It was good and clean.

Beds were a little soft and the outlets couldn’t fully charge our phones overnight

great stay relaxing by the pool!

The rooms have beds at an interesting angle, instead of flat against walls. Keeps the rooms cute though.

Easy with airport shuttle. Was upgraded to a room with a view at check in. Room is big and very comfortable. Pool is great. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Perfect stay at the Hilton. The staff was very kind. The lobby was beautifully decorated. Very nice on the inside of the room. Pleasantly surprised.

Clean rooms

Rude people around the pool, not family friendly. Don't visit palm springs in August. Shall say don't visit at all. Hotel send us to 1 king bed room while while we booked 2 queen beds room and we had to move stuff ourselves. Crib is very small for 10 months baby, kept hitting his head and crying. Some rude women claimed we took their seats on the pool while we been their for 1 hour and my shy wife left crying. Also the city is bad for families. Never again

Room was nice, only suggestion the Air Conditioner vents need to be cleaned out badly. Very dusty, allergies were acting up whenever we were in the room and maybe a fridge that gets cold. Otherwise we had a nice trip.

WHY PARKING COST MONEY ? IM YOUR GUEST , YOU SUPPOSED TO HAVE IT FREE , FROM ALL THE GOOD FEELINGS & VIBES THE HOTEL IS GIVING THE PARKING FEE JUST MAKE IT SUCKS LOVED THE HOTEL LOVED THE STAFF

I liked that it was not so crowded. I didn’t like the bugs in the pool (from weather) and most importantly, I didn’t realize that instead of paying for parking you could park on the street… they should at least tell you about the free parking!

Loved the property

Everything was good except the tap water it would have been nice to just have a few small bottles of water in the room.

Enjoyed our visit! The only thing I would have to say was an irritant was that they allow the cabanas to play their own music at any volume they desire and listening to multiple songs at once including the music the hotel plays at the pool can be quite frustrating.

The staff was very unprofessional. The building was done with some pain. She told us that our room was in the back, but we drove to the back. The door wasblockedk. The front desk never said anything to us. We also need to pay for parking when other hotels offer free self-parking as well The staff displayed a lack of professionalism throughout our stay. The building was poorly constructed, and we were misinformed about the location of our room. When we drove to the back, we found the door blocked, yet the front desk failed to provide any communication regarding this issue. Furthermore, we were required to pay for parking, which is unacceptable when other hotels offer free self-parking and complimentary valet services.as free valet parking

This Hilton is great. Close to downtown Palm Springs so you can park your car and walk to shops and restaurants. The pool is awesome!!! Pool staff is wonderful. This place is a winner!
