This hotel was nothing less than amazing. The professionalism was a 10. The reception desk made check-in a breeze. The manager was incredible and very knowledgeable, with great energy that made me feel welcome.

The hotel was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were awesome. The only thing I did not like was one of the bartenders at the restaurant was not very friendly and less than pleasant.

Staff is excellent. Our problem was the the guests that stayed next to us. The first two nights, we had smoke
coming into our room. Staff did come to tell people
not to smoke. They stopped, and the continued in the morning and evening of next day. The night of June 8th,
a large group decided to have a party with loud music
at 2:30 a.m. Again, staff had to be called.

Great place, very nice courteous staff, it wouldn't be a bad idae if a hotel in this caliber would provide free coffe to guests in the morning rather than go to the breakfast dining area and have to pay the server tip very basic extra that you $50 motels provide for free

I have COVID and tried to cancel with you people and I also bought the extra insurance because I knew something was going on with my body. You made it absolutely impossible to cancel. I think you do that on purpose. I will never use your services again and will and have told everyone I know.
