Clean , beautiful the pool and hot tub area was spa like I celebrated my Birthday and stayed here. We ate breakfast at their restaurant and it was also so very good! We plan to return.

Wonderful in the details and service as you would expect from a Hilton property. One star off because my AC unit wouldn’t cool below 69 degrees even though i dialed it down to 64, making us wake up a few times at night for heat under sheets.

The front desk worker said I booked a one king bed room which I know for a fact that I booked a two Queen bed room. He had total attitude and his manager was able to get me what I had booked. I called the front desk when I got to my room to ask for non feather pillows because I am very allergic, he said he would check with housekeeping and call me back, I never heard from him, I suffered all night! Terrible customer service! Would not recommend!

I didn't like the dinning restrictions. No dinner!. Also the outside pool was dirty and cold. It was supposed to be a heated pool. Also the there's no USB PORT in the rooms The staff was very good. Beware it's a little pricey. The food and drinks. It's beautiful hotel and well kept.

The room was fine. But the service was very unfriendly, uncooperative, just not what you would expect from a Hilton. We accidentally left a cell phone in the room and staff would not let us retrieve it, just 10 minutes after checking out. We waited almost 45 minutes to get the phone. Staff were generally not helpful. Parking garage is immense with Very poor signage. Many other guests having problems with the parking. And they charge $24 for this. Altogether Disappointing.

Short HIlls Hilton never disappoints. Perfect getaway for a persoanl ME day, couples night out complete with Dinner and morning breakfast. Also, take advantage of the outdoor pool while the summer heat is still here. Absolutely worth every penny !
