I reserved a 2 bed handicap accessible room. I got there, theydidn't have tge ttpe of room I reserved. They put me in a stinky mildewy room where the floor had been wet. I found this out when I took off my shoes and my socks got soaked. Then put me in another stinky room that smelled like the toilet had overflowed.

A good hotel in a good location. We stayed here for 9 nights. The hotel is close to the University, Restaurants, Shopping, etc. Parking area a bit dark for our liking after sunset if you are concerned about safety. Sadly there were a few critters crawling around in our room which I killed and that's the main reason we didn't score this better.

The property felt as if it was a lower grade hotel. Some of the people staying looked like they belong in a motel 6. Just didn’t feel like a Hilton used to be.

The room I was in was VERY DATED….The shower came with a bench that.
Had to be folded up with ties…. The shower nozzle had to be manually held in the direction that I wanted the water to spray- it didn’t stay in a streaming direction by itself

The hotel as a whole is a bit outdated, however the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The bathroom & room in itself needs updating & the Beds are extremely uncomfortable, but it was for 1 night, so we needed the hotel to be close to the UF campus for graduation.

I requested a quiet location for my room. Instead, on my floor was a large group of teenagers that were yelling, talking loudly in the hall until way after midnight. I had to call the front desk twice to ask them to please tell them to be quiet. The cabinet door under the tv with the safe in it, the door was broken and just fell open on its own. The sink in the bathroom backed up and was very slow to drain each time I used it. The tissues ran out after I used a couple, so those were empty. There were no stirrers for the coffee in the morning. NOT a good experience for a Hilton property. Very dissatisfied.

Room had Mold and Mildew Smell so strong unable to sleep. Called Front Desk Mngt, etc 3-4x with no response. Finally the second night after demanding to speak with Manager, we were moved to a healthier room as even when the manager entered the room they had difficulty with odor. After relocating us at 10pm to another room we were advised we would have room credited and breakfast due to situation. This hotel didn't make good on either one. I never complaim but this was terrible
