Place was nice and quiet, a street away from the town hall, and walkable to the historic districts. Staff are friendly and nice, room was spacious.

Stayed for one night; room was nice, easy to access, and located near numerous local attractions.

The floor in our room was slanted, as was the bed, since it was in the middle of the room. It was TERRIBLE. I had always wanted to stay at the MD Inn, if I do again, I will be sure to get a different room.

Nice location. But hotel didn’t not inform me there will be construction above my room the next day. I suffered from the drilling sound since early morning.

This hotel is a joke -- worst I've stayed at in years. In addition to room rates that are simply not worth it for the product, they charge an extra $30 destination fee. You get nothing for that. Need to shlepp between buildings after check-in. Their parking wasn't available. No one available to help with luggage (up and dow front stairs.) They forewarn you that the valet service will take 30 min for car pick-up. The rooms at the Maryland Inn looked like they were designed by a Goth teeanger. Dark and dreary wallpaper. Bedding smelled slept in. One small window blocked by a room air conditioner. Tiny towels. Their bar had run out of ice by 9:30 on a Saturday night.

Friendly check-in, let us store our bags at early arrival. Well-maintained historic hotel. Big room. Only complaint is that pillows are too big.

Booked a high-end room. Good value. Only complaint was the french doors did not lock properly. That should not be so difficult to do .. or understand .. or work so inconsistently.

We had a great room in the Governor Calvert House, very spacious with a big bathroom and comfortable bed. The amenities in the room were lacking however, there were two tiny water bottles and not enough coffee. Also, glass cups at the sink would be a lot nicer than the plastic ones they supplied. We were in town for a wedding so the steamer in the room came in handy. Cleanliness of the room was lacking, there was a dirty tissue in the window and a stain on our sheets. Overall we had a nice stay but with a few upgrades this hotel could be excellent.

The AC stopped working but was quickly fixed. The coffee was not great-the taste was off. The room is very dark, perhaps more lighting? The beds were comfortable and appreciate the phone charges, steamer in the room.

Very clean and spacious room. Very helpful staff. Easy check-in and checkout experience. Easy to walk to places in historic Annapolis. Would definitely stay here again. Very reasonable rates. Overall, some beautiful hotel as well.

Family friendly, old property but clean and convenient.

We had such a great stay. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was so friendly. And the location was prime. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, historical sights and the Naval Academy. Was also nice they offer daily service. Not many hotels do that anymore.

The room was lovely and clean

I absolutely loved staying at the Maryland Inn of The Historic Inns of Annapolis. Check-in process was quick and easy, the location is perfect and walking distance to all the restaurants and to the Academy (which is why I was there) and my room was a perfect size for me. The staff is friendly and checked up on me multiple times to make sure I was enjoying the room. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone I know traveling to Annapolis!

Great location. Super cool building with historic history.

Not many tv channels. Room ok. Convenient to everything. Quiet. No ice bucket. Friendly staff.
