Great location.

We really loved that you could walk to most anything in the area. Food, fun and activities.

Everyone and everything was absolutely amazing!!! Will definitely be back!!!

This is the first time I’ve ever reserved a room,paid for what I requested ( which showed to be available) but when I arrived the desk clerk informed me that they didn’t have that type room and he didn’t care or even attempt to help in any manner whatsoever, basically take what I give you or leave attitude. I’ll never stay here again!

Loved this hotel and area. So many dining options and great everything we wanted to do within walking distance except for lookout mountain which was a short drive. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Stay was fine and hotel location was excellent for proximity to downtown attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was room was advertised as having a city view and the only view we had was of the pool that was covered and of all the people walking by to go to the pool that were looking in our room. If there was an extra charge for the “city view”, Rm 425 should not be included as rooms with a view.

Great location

The downtown area of Chattanooga is absolutely charming. The hotel location is within walking distance of many cozy shops as well as the aquarium. And the hotel itself is quite clean and presents well. Unfortunately, that's where the charm ends. There is parking available at this Holiday Inn, but it's mandatory valet parking at $25/day per vehicle. This wasn't mentioned on hotels.com, so take that into consideration when booking. Also, the valet attendants will NOT greet you when you arrive - they will simply look at you as if you just landed from a UFO. This makes checking in confusing and frustrating if it's your first visit. The rooms were spacious and clean and the view was decent. Also, the beds were comfortable. However, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which left a concerning amount of condensation on the ceiling. The televisions only used cable, which gave a nostalgic early 2000s feel that quickly faded in the evening after 30-minutes (20 of which were commercials). And finally, the food. Breakfast is available in the morning for $15 per person. But the breakfast is some of the worst food I've ever had in my entire life. The coffee was cold and burnt. All the food was cold. The eggs were obviously powdered eggs with a poor attempt to make them seem fancy. The biscuits were stale - even the cereal was stale. The server was very sweet and attentive - She was probably embarrassed by the quality of the food. Anyway, there are other hotels in the area to stay.

Walkability, cleanliness, great location.

Wonderful friendly staff, great location to many restaurants, breweries, activities, we will absolutely book there again.

Great stay, very friendly staff, quiet hotel. Walking distance to almost all tourist attractions in Downtown Chattanooga.

Clean , staff very polite and helpful

My reservation was cancelled on 6/20 by their manager. They couldn’t explain why. So I had to stay at a hotel 20 miles away and cost more money.

Everything was great except for a loos toilet seat. No worries, they had it fixed in no time.

Location is so convenient to everything. We'll be back!!
