Holiday Inn & Suites MADISON WEST - MIDDLETON, an IHG Hotel

Excellent friendly staff. Rooms were fantastic and the kids loved the swimming area. The only downside was the restaurant attached. Food was bland but the server was attentive and kind. Will definitely be back, however will be eating off property.

The pool is great for kids! The lifeguard went above and beyond with watching and interacting with the kid!

Stayed one night on the Saturday before Memorial Day. It was so busy. There was only one person doing check-ins, and I felt bad for him. The rooms all face the pool area, and it was so loud up until 9-10pm. Kids still screaming in the halls at 10pm. Pool was so crowded. Breakfast line was super long and it was difficult to find seating. Staff all seemed kind of drained. Maybe I just caught everyone on an overwhelming day. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean, but again, sound really travels. I’d likely stay again if in the area, but definitely not on a holiday weekend 😞

Very upset the kiddie pool was closed when we got here and my young one couldn’t swim.

I really liked the pool where the kids had lots of fun, it was only a bit packed with people.

From check in to check out our experience was amazing better than any other place! Also the kids loved the pool area.

The kids liked the pool area, I believe the staff could have been more attentive to people in the pool. Looks like the property itself could use an upgrade.

I’ve had bad experiences with other Holiday Inns but this one exceeded my expectations. Staff was great, room was clean and looks up to date and spacious. The pool was amazing especially for kids. Overall experience here was 10/10. I will definitely book here again when I’m in the area. Keep up the good work!

I booked this room for a stay in Madison with my husband, 17-year-old daughter, and 10-year-old son. It was great! The pool isn't huge, so if you're there on a weekend, it could get crowded quickly. We visited on a Thursday and never had more than maybe a dozen other people in the pool at a time, and often less. The water was warm but not uncomfortably so. My son went down the waterslide about 50 times lol and loved every minute of it! There was a freak incident where our room key suddenly stopped working, leaving us locked out of the room with all of our belongings inside. Management was immediately responsive and gracious, even treating us to a delicious steak dinner from the on-site restaurant. Everything was clean and in good working order. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to the area!

The front desk guy was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and the pool was fun as always.

Beautiful property and wonderful waterpark area for my young granddaughters.

The hotels pool was awesome except the light that was hanging out from the Hot Tub I didn’t feel safe going in there with it like that. The hotel room was clean and beds are comfy but there was some wear and tear in the room. Shower and bathtub were perfect. Didn’t get to eat the breakfast since I was obsessed with hitting the cafes in Madison. Check in and check out staff were very pleasant.
