Best place to stay. Great breakfast. Must stay here. The people above us were running around their room. It was less than 5 minutes later the running stopped and never started back up.

I’ll start by sharing that we had a great time and WILL be back… couple things to note: Lots of stains in our room - all over every lamp shade in our bedroom (5 of them) - the couch cushions had the weirdest liquid spilled along the sides. Weird sticky patch on the table. Weird texture in one spot on the carpet from something being spilled. The beds were clean and comfy. The hotel halls were HOT. With it being a hot weekend, our room and the general hotel smelled a little funky at times. The waterpark was perfect for our little one, but like others have previously mentioned, the steep slide in the little tikes area is sketchy without a side support. I also witnessed three kids slip and hit their head pretty hard on the cement with lots of tears. The floors are very slippery even when walking. The rubber mats help but perhaps an anti slip top coat for the flooring? The staff was VERY kind, even the life guards greeted us when we came in the water park. The connected restaurant was super tasty, and they had a great selection for breakfast. So with all that said, room for improvement, but the good outweighed the bad for us, we will be back! We were suppose to check in at 3 and didn’t get our room until 5pm

We drove about 2 hours from the Chicago area to see Morgan Wallen in Madison and chose this hotel due to proximity to the Camp Randall Stadium. It was about a 20 min drive to get there. The hotel was great and family friendly with a small indoor water park. The only hiccup of our stay was that our room was not ready during the 3pm check-in. We got there about 1:30pm hoping for an early check-in but was told our room would not be ready until 3. I asked if they'd let my family into the pool area and they said no problem and provided us with wristbands and an entry card. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Our room was ready closer to 4pm and we had a family suite overlooking the pool, which was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The ice machine was broken which was a bummer. They offered a great buffet style breakfast in the morning and the selection of food was pretty good! Check in was very fast and smooth as well.

The property was clean. The pool and hot tub were nice but not a big waterslide so not great for teens. The WiFi in our room was terrible. The sheets were stiff and itchy on the bed. Room was clean and quiet.

The only thing you guys need to fix is the pool the floors were very slick and I saw I couple kids hit their head on the floor from slipping, one slide had no guard rails could be a huge liability, other than that it is a great little place for the kids

The water park and breakfast were great!

Room was unclean, sock in the closet, food and crumbs under furniture, jetted tub was dated and stained. The pool was filled with rather ruckus youths. The equipment in the pool is dated and falling apart, boards coming off equipment with rusty nails protruding is not ideal for childs play.

We had a wonderful stay. You made everything easy for us.

Excellent friendly staff. Rooms were fantastic and the kids loved the swimming area. The only downside was the restaurant attached. Food was bland but the server was attentive and kind. Will definitely be back, however will be eating off property.
