Really enjoyed the stay here! We had poolside rooms which was amazing for my kids! I loved that we weren’t literally outside of the pool, there was a bit of separation. The side we were on had a half wall. We could watch our kids but be near our room. Front service was friendly, the restaurant/bar staff was too! Would stay again!

It was difficult to get to the hotel due to road construction and they shut the water off all morning as we had a wedding to get ready for. There were 12 of us. The water park was fun though.

The only thing I’d change is the tree (pillar) between the pool and the hot tub, it made it difficult to watch the kiddo while my partner and I relaxed. Also: yes, there is a hot tub, I don’t know why the listing doesn’t include it.

4 nights, visiting family in Madison. Located in a sort of corporate office park area with no outdoor space or anything to walk to but the hotel itself was excellent. Usual HI excellence

It was a good stay overall with nice breakfast everyday. One downside is if you are staying long ,the laundary is terrible with quarters to rely on and the condition of dryer was very bad.
Other than that there is fun activites in the pool area for the kids.

Came up for the Coldplay concert. Room was spacious and clean....check in/ out quick and easy. Friendly staff.
Bartender in bar ( by restaurant) was excellent and friendly. Food in restaurant was iver priced in my opinion and no vegan options.
Definitely would stay here again
