Showers needed fix.

Overall the Hotel is nice and very clean! The main issue we had both times we have stayed at this location was the TV. The first time a new remote solved the problem after 1 night. Unfortunately this stay's TV experience was Terrible as we were unable to watch anything on the second night and morning following even after someone had come up to the room on the first night and worked on the connection. I feel after spending 509.00 for a 2 night stay in a 2 queen room with my family that the TV should never be an issue. I have traveled for years, own 2 time shares and have stayed at may resorts and Holiday Inn establishments and I feel that IHG Corporate should be aware that this property has issues. I travel from the Dallas area often due to the college being in close proximity when I visit my child and will strongly consider another hotel in the 3 weeks when I plan to return again. Thank you. Don't remember the last time I stayed at a Holiday Inn...but this stay sure was nice. HI is back on the list

We had a great check-in experience, and we were treated wonderfully by the waitress/bartender named Rosie in the hotel restaurant. We’ve stayed many times at this hotel in Abilene and always enjoy it.

Great staff. Better communication about food shortages in the restaurant. Ordered waffles and they came without topping as promised and afterwards, we ran out earlier. Other than that Great!

Recently refurbished however DirecTV does not work correctly.

Great clean facility

Staff was extremely nice. Hotel was spacious, clean and safe.

Nice rooms and nice pool.

This Hotel and staff are amazing. We had my daughters wedding near by and had family staying as well. Highly recommend.

Dirty outdated rooms.

Easy check-in/check-out process. Friendly staff. The only thing I would say is that the outside trashcan as you walk into the main door was overflowing. We used the one in our room to get rid of the trash we had to dispose of during check in. Other than that, good experience.

Room not clean

We tried to order breakfast in the morning, and they said it would take over 20 minutes to prepare eggs. Really?? We had to leave without breakfast to get to our grandson's graduation in Keller, TX. The hotel was comfortable, no other complaints.

It’s was nice. No problems, friendly staff

It is what you expect from a hotel. Clean, nice size rooms. Comfortable bed. Fridge. Complimentary breakfast was good. They have a bar with good drinks and food. Everybody was polite and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel was ok. For the money we paid i was expecting a more nice place.
