Extra clean hotel, friendly staff. We did miss a free breakfast, there was breakfast but it was a charge and not free.

This was an incredibly challenging visit. This was met with under performance and lies. The photos show a hot tub. There is none. Been gone for some time. The air conditioner in the room was junk. The hallways were roasting because the AC was broken in the hallways. The pool was freezing because the heater was broken. The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of night because it is broken. I asked about it going off. They said it is old and goes off when it is warm outside due to laundry being done. False alarms are not safe. They make you sign a code of conduct for staying. This is because of the punks who trash the place when they come for tournaments. The lemonade downstairs was nice.

No microwave in the room but posted on the available list.

Arrived late and left early, so our impressions wherr somewhat limited. Enjoyed our stay and didnt have any problems. The room was very clean and staff were friendly. Would stsy again!

Hotel was in need of some work. Restaurant opened late. Room was not clean. Would recommend some management attention.

This hotel was really nice with a super nice lady at the front desk and very clean! Beds were also very comfortable! Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Our toilet was clogged and because there was no staff to unclog it, they gave my husband a plunger to fix it. I asked for a price break on the room and was told only that could be done by Expedia.

Room okay. Carpet is worn out and needs replaced. Water in shower was warm and not hot.

Clean, comfortable, hot breakfast, friendly staff, what more could you ask for?

Everything was awesome, however I have a suggestion. We stayed in room 332, and the toilet was very low to the floor. It makes it difficult for older adults to stand up from it. I recommend updated toilets. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was conveniently located near all the places i needed to go. It was clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I am traveling this way.

I was surprised that my room didn’t have a USB charging port. I even double checked with the front desk in case I missed something. I had to charge my phone in my car. Overall, it is a nice hotel.

The check in took a long time only one person was doing it, the check out she did not know how to do it she needed to call and ask we need more people furgon check in time and we need more experience people for checking out thank you

The food at the bar was absolutely terrible the bar had food stored with the glasses looked unkempt.
