Clean room, friendly efficient staff, nice bar/restaurant. Cold AC. PARKING LOT IS CLOSED.

Parking lot was closed causing parking issues

Parking lot was closed, would have been nice to know before we got there. The hotel was extremely hot and they keep all of the guest rooms at the same temp. I have never stayed at a hotel like that. Phone in room and external phone number did not work. Did not have any where to get a drink unless you had cash which most people don't carry any more. If they would list all of these items when booking I would have known and stayed somewhere else. I would have had better luck staying at a super 8

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfy this Holiday Inn was! It was nice to know we were coming back to our room at the emd of each long day.

We checked in Saturday at about 430 at that time. I check in we weren’t able to access the parking lot due to some sort of construction however we didn’t see any construction happening in the parking lot. They told us that we could park in the 10 car drop off lane section that they had for us, but we could only be there for 2 to 3 minutes. They didn’t tell us where else to park. They gave us no further information we did find out that across the parking lot across the street was a backup parking lot which only had one spot available. I have a handicap and require a handicap parking however that was not available to us and no assistance was provided by your hotel. We check into our room we head up to our room, which was room 720 and the room is so hot and muggy and stifling you can barely breathe. The air is set on 73 and we can’t turn it down. We can’t turn it up. we can’t turn it down. There’s no air circulation in the room. There were no fans provided. We question the front desk and they said well that’s just how it is the whole hotel stays at 73° shrug their shoulders and turned around. We then leave for the event that we came for we come back and there is no parking available in your extra parking lot across the street that that parking lot as well had no handicap parking so around 11 o’clock or midnight we’re circling the block trying to find a place to park. Finally we take a risk and we park in mercies employee only parking lot due to no other parking being availab

The person that checked us in didn’t explain anything. Didn't tell us where the pool was, didn’t tell us about breakfast, didn’t tell me there was $50 charged to my card. We couldn’t even park in the parking lot. We had to park in a different lot and walk to our hotel. Room smelt like mold and air conditioning wouldn’t cool our room any lower than 70 degrees. Very disappointed…

For how big the hotel is, complementary breakfast should be available, especially with being Mercy labeled. However we had several issues with key cards (4) and was not impressed by any means. I could hear all of the moving traffic outside my window. The windows actually could open and being up off the 1st floor is dangerous.

For as much as they charge you for the room it shouldnt be old, outdated and have a smell to the room. And you should not be charged for the breakfast, this is the first time I ever came across that. I will never stay there again a waste of money.

It was a great hotel

The parking lot was closed, inconvenient as heck. Only a handful of handicapped spots. So, I had to walk nearly a 1/2 block. As room was next to freeway it was loud, noisy all night…semi-trucks, fire trucks, and as it’s next to a hospital…ambulances with lights and sirens. It was a convenient location for our State fair trip. But, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall enjoyed, parking situation kinda sucked due to construction. Expedia also has the address listed wrong, so it took a while to find

While the hotel and room were clean, the parking structure was closed with severely limited handicapped parking near the hotel. Staff was not helpful in solving this problem. Dining room / bar had ONE person working! She did an amazing job, and somehow remained pleasant, but that couldn't offset the lack of help.

It was extremely hot even after setting the temperature down low, dirty bathroom. However, great customer service when checking in. Great shuttle. But main thing was we couldn’t sleep because the room was so hot that we ended up checking out at midnight!!!
