Holiday Inn EXECUTIVE CENTER-COLUMBIA MALL, an IHG Hotel

Check in was fast and easy with friendly staff. Also really e joy having a restaurant/bar on sight.

Chris at the front desk was patient even though they were having problems with their system and went above and beyond to get a Band-Aid for my son. Highly recommend this hotel highly recommend Chris.

i was travelling with my cat and the room was very clean, the kitty was not stressed out at all during her stay here with me

Staff was friendly, room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We ended up leaving at 1 am, due to the noise and not feeling comfortable with the cleanliness of the room.

Decent stay. Expensive for what it is. Incredibly kind staff but the rooms are a bit run down. It did seem as if they were doing massive renovations as some of the floors were closed to guests and the gym was under construction. Restaurant offers a pretty basic selection but was good food at good prices and accommodating.

Was just a standard room, same as other hotels. Nothing spectacular, 2 beds and a bathroom. It was clean and fit our needs for the 1 night stay.

Breakfast is NOT included, its misleading

There sermed to be some confusion with the staff about which rooms were clean and available, but the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the room had a kind of musty smell. The reason was probably because there was no ventilation in the bathroom.

i was removed from the property because someone who wasnt even staying at the hotel lied to the front desk about me doing something that i wasnt, after i had already called the cops and filed a report about the individual.

Liked everything, it's just under renovation but they are doing a great job! Rooms were very clean and staff was very nice

I really like the price compared to the rest of the nicer hotels in the area. I believe your hotel is trying to make gains from a few years ago.

Had a bad experiance with travelocity (3rd Party) and the hotel... hotel couldnt find the reservation in their system, so i had to pay twice for a room and despute the first one. The hotel is overpriced... it was nice in the 80s or 90s... for as much as i paid it shouls of been newley remodeled.

Got two rooms, one for myself, one for my parents. Killed a cockroach in my parents room on the first night.

I would stay here again

Our rooms air conditioner did not work and we were promised a new room. Later told that maintenance needed to check it and we needed to wait to see if it worked. We complained about not getting a new room as promised so they switched us and the new room had a working air conditioner but there was mold and ceiling damage in the bathroom. The other two rooms we had had wall or ceiling damage as well. All the shower heads in the bathrooms had a lot of buildup on them and were spraying some water to the ceiling. I am guessing this is why there was mold on the ceiling. This hotel is in some major need of updates.

Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was big, clean and didn't have carpet.

Breakfast was not included ( as we thought ) it’s a continental type and they wanted $11. 00 per person ; even kids . T.V. Didn’t work , but we didn’t notice until bedtime the second night , so just told them at check out .
