Great experience overall

Remodeling at the time of my stay- so room wasn’t remolded yet. Walls had stains and slight smell

It was under construction.But they were making the best out of the situation. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and clean

I slept so well!

Even though it was being updated it was still a very nice stay!! Thanks to the staff

Excellent staff.

Convenient location, there is a mall with a Target just a ten minutes walk.

We stayed 1 night on our way from OH to NE. The outdoor pool was amazing especially after driving all day. Was heated, big - went to 9’. The gym was huge, indoor pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. We’d definitely stay here again

I arrived at the hotel around 1:00 AM after more than 14 hours on the road, hoping for a clean and comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, the room did not meet basic expectations. The carpet was noticeably damp upon entry, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. The curtain in the room would not close completely, offering no privacy—particularly unsettling at night. There was a strong odor of mold throughout the room, which made the space feel unclean and unpleasant. Additionally, the bedding felt damp, which made it difficult to relax, though I was too exhausted to address it at the time. After such a long day of travel, I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the room. I hope management addresses these issues promptly for the sake of future guests.

Property was out-dated but ok for the price. Large facility. Weird that our room had windows that looked straight out into the indoor pool area. Gym facilities were superb.

Nice rooms

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It really exceeded my expectation. Nice lobby, pools, clean room and great amenities. We opted in for breakfast which wasn’t too bad but pancakes would’ve been a nice addition.

Spacious rooms and the staff was accommodating to get our last minute booking for two rooms next to each other.

The hotel is very outdated. They are undergoing construction and will not be done for two more years. The beds were comfortable and the pools were nice. There is also a good sized gym.

O K. The bathroom door handle dropped off in our hands Maintenance fixed but all fixtures we old and over used

Cleanliness of the room was terrible. The carpet was sticky and it left our bare feet black and full of hair (not from us). It was clear that the room was a previous conference room or something and the carpet was not cleaned in a long time. During our stay, a small part of the ceiling coating fell in the kitchen. For the high nightly rate, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced in my decades of travel.

I needed a room for the night for my parents, post hospital procedure. I jumped on line and found this room. I went to check them in and the staff jumped through hoops to make their stay a much better option than any I had experienced in many years of hotel stays.

Second time we’ve been there. Would book it again.
