The property looks clean. With the exemption of the elevator looks dirty and not disinfected.

The staff very friendly helpful very clean I stay there often really like it and a great little breakfast in the morning with coffee

Nice hotel, close to casino.

It was ok, bed was too firm and also had to relocate from my original room into another room cuz the A/C wasn’t working it would turn off and the other room also had the same issue.

Staff is really attentive and the rooms are really clean

one thing that stood out to me was the blackout curtain. Everything about the room was great. Nice and clean super comfortable bed. I didnot get to breakfast. This hotel does not offer EV charging. I had googled Holiday Inn Express and the information I got was wrong. I was under the impression they all had charging. I arrived with less than 10% and my phone pinged with a message not to leave my car over night without charging because it could destroy my battery. So off I went after checking in to find a charger. By the time I got charged and asleep it was past 2 am and I wasn't going to wake up early enough for breakfast. In california you would expect chargers at all hotels. So I would never stay here again no matter how nice. If your anti electric cars this is a good place for you.

Our stay was quite underwhelming. The room was not ready when we got there. There were no towels, no body wash, tissues, left over food in the fridge and the tap in the sink was difficult to open. The hotel’s breakfast was very uninteresting too.

Nobody was at check in Staff acted like wecwere bothering them and tried to get a security deposit with no receipt

Stayed here twice before and never got disappointed. Had a great stay, place was clean, staff were friendly, and location was good, very close to outlet and casino. Will definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the area.

Stay was beautiful rooms clean only thing I can say is the hallway on the 2nd floor needed the carpet shampooed and vacuumed The pool area could use better lounging chairs. But other then that no complaints

I was so impressed with this hotel. It looked like it had been recently renovated and my room was spotless. I am a flight attendant and this hotel was better than many of the places I stay with work! The bed was big and comfy and the AC worked great! The room was spacious and di I mention spotless?! The breakfast was great they even had Cinnabon! Bonus that the coffee machine actually grinded your coffee fresh! I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying at this location again

The maintenance guy came in to put a smoke alarm after we were already in the room. I was changing! He knocked AFTER he opened the door. My husband did not let him in as i was changing. Management called us very rude and upset as to why we refused to let him in. Apperantly him waking in and knocking AFTER opening the door while i was changing wasent a good excuse. It felt unsafe, we felt harassed and seemed like management did not care about the situation which was a scary situation
