Holiday Inn Express & Suites CLOVIS by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. There had been a storm the night before so the wifi was out, but that was okay. This hotel is reasonably priced with all the amenties you will need for a night or two stay. Breakfast was okay too.

Room was nice, only problem was the pool was closed and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

No amenities such as pool, wifi, tv, etc were available. Room was not clean. There were hairs and dark residue in the shower. Beard trimming in the sink and boogers on the wall next to the sitting chair. When asking about some type of refund or different room the front desk staff was very short tempered and rude. Upon check out, wanted to get a printed receipt but nobody was available for 20min then i see the front desk staff walk back in from outside with their phone. She says she "couldn't" print a receipt since i didn't book the room through the property. Breakfast was cold. I will never stay at Holiday Express again.

We come to this hotel every year. We usually have an excellent experience but the person who checked us in was very rude. She checked us in and out. It’s unfortunate.

I like Holiday Inn Express. The only dislike I have is being all the way down the hall. I’d rather be close to the elevator and the first floor.

First of all, we checked in and the toilet did not flush. My husband went downstairs to tell the front desk, and they said maintenance was out and would let them know tomorrow. Then the hot tub was closed for renovations. The blinds in the room were stuck and did not go down, so it was bright in our room all night, and the sun caused an early 5 am wake up time.

Bed was not up to the quality I’ve come to expect. Bathroom was remodeled and very nice. Think the bed was not the Express brand or was older. Breakfast fresh items need to be replaced more quickly. Elevator was out of service in the morning.

The hotel was quiet and very clean. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed was nice and everything was in working order. The staff was helpful. The continental breakfast was well done and offered a large selection.

Are they ever going to fix the hot tub??

In room extra comforter was not washed and was dirty. Comforter had some red discoloration , so need to go downstairs at the front desk and get it changed. Quiet and Property condition is good. Breakfast was okay, not fresh. Limited options.

Have stayed here a couple of times and every time the pool or hot tub is not working

The only bad thing is they post that the spa was out of order. I could really use the spa after driving for 7 hours.
