Holiday Inn Express & Suites DALHART, an IHG Hotel

Great stay!

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Clean rooms and good breakfast.

The bed was comfh. The shower was luke warm. I wanted a hot shower after a long day of travel.

This appeared to ba a new hotel on the edge of town.

We stayed here in 2019 when this hotel just opened. I remember why now not to stay here. Bad location, train goes by about every two hours blowing its horn. Trucks loud on the freeway right next to it! It needs some shrubbery to maybe help the noise. This hotel has been ran down and needs updating. Rooms and carpets dirty. Grout coming out of the bathroom floors. It’s been well slept in. Staff was great and very nice. I just wish it was updated and taken care of.

Beds are way to high,light switches to far from bed.no shower caps,no paper or pens only 3 paper cups.very hard to turn around in parking lot. Entrance to motel very rough. Water in shower only one speed

Clean and comfortable beds, fully stocked breakfast room, everything matched the pictures. This place has everything we needed for a quick overnight stay along our cross country route.

It was very affordable

The access road to the hotel is terrible. Big hole that you have to drive through to get to the hotel. High cost for poor sefvice. The person at the desk dressed sloppy with a hoodie, very unprofessional. Limited soft drinks, no vending. Very expensive .

After a long 10 hour drive from Colorado I was looking forward to getting some sleep. Holiday Inn did just that. Beds are super comfortable, environment was very peaceful and relaxing. Hot breakfast was a plus and the parking lot was well lit and clean. Highly recommended 👍

After a horrendous day of travel we booked a hotel to avoid road closures through NM. We booked a king room and paid an up charge for it. We climbed into bed and an hour later the fire alarms started going off in the pool area- and off, and off, and off. The desk attendant told us it was due to some sort of ventilation issue in the pool area and we’d have to change rooms. We ended up in a queen room. In the am I asked the desk attendant for reimbursement for the up charge we had paid and was told he couldn’t do anything so I’d have to contact the manager. I’ve never had a hotel that couldn’t work that out on the spot. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was decent. Location is a bit off the beaten path.

Stayed here B4 and entrace driveway has potholes and mud puddles to drive thru to get to front entrance. Room keys didn’t work so had to make 2nd trip to front desk Staff not exactly friendly and left very early morning staff didn’t tear herself away from her IPad or whatever she was watching. Nice facility but the blackout drapes are very nice but mine were all tangled up - the house cleaning should have corrected that.

Property was well cared for with exception of bathroom. Not all hair care supplies had been restored. Other than that, no complaints at all!!
