The indoor pool was wonderful. Breakfast was great. People were nice and friendly.

Have stayed here a few times and it’s always a great experience. Clean rooms and common area, good breakfast options, friendly staff. Will be back.

Nice hotel, clean, modern. Convenient to highway. Loved the typical Holiday inn cinnamon rolls, and coffee was really good (better than I remember from other HIs.

I booked several rooms for a golf outing with a group of friends. Everyone was very pleased.

Good stay for the money. Luxury on a budget

Floors are very thin. I felt like the people above me were square dancing all night, when in reality they were just walking around. Nice enough place, but set floors and walls.

The host that checked me in was so kind and personable. Very very welcoming due to her!

Very easy checking in and the location right off the highway was very convenient for our stay

Modern and attractive; we really liked having the sink and the toilet separate to allow two + people to prep; breakfast has good variety (the warm cinnamon buns were great!); the Dove products were really nice for use; staff were friendly and helpful.

Just an overnight stay for a graduation. Was exactly what we needed. Clean, comfy, and a great breakfast. Hard to go wrong with a Holiday Inn Express!

Nice quiet property, pleasant staff. Good food available in walking distance.

We booked this room to attend a convention on Louisville without the big city price. For that it was good. The staff at checkin seemed ambivalent and robotic but efficient. Parking was easy and close. The lobby and room were clean. A few things will prevent us from booking again, though. The door of the room seemed a bit loose and insecure. I could see light on 3 of the 4 sides at night. There was no trashcan or surface in the bathroom, save for the toilet, to set things on while I'm the shower. The parking lot light was shining so brightly on the room that it felt like dawn all night. It made it difficult to sleep. The bed was very hard as well. Breakfast left something to be desired, as well.

Staff was rude. No bath towels clean and available for after swimming or showering. Staff yelled at my kids in the pool and made them cry. Staff refused to give blanket and pillows for pull out couch bed. Very dissatisfied and the cost is not worth the crappy service.

Pool was great and rooms clean, nice and spacious. Could hear ppl upstairs but not unusual for hotels.

Great. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Did not try the breakfast or use any other amenities because I was there so briefly. Check in and out was fast and easy.

Outstanding facilities and staff

We stayed for just a night but definitely would’ve stayed somewhere else if we hadn’t had a long day and gotten in so late. The neighbors upstairs were jumping around till about 3 in the morning and the floors are thin. Not the staffs fault at all. There were half used toilet paper rolls still on the roll. They didn’t match as if it was left over from a previous person. The beds were nice and soft and clean but it could definitely used a once over before the check in.
