Holiday Inn Express & Suites JACKSON - FLOWOOD, an IHG Hotel

Parking lot is terrible. Hard to find entrance. Room was hot and stuffy. Thermostat only goes down to 66 degrees so room never really cooled off. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean.

The staff member who registered me was very professional. She was kind, helped me with all my questions about the area, and quickly checked me in. Her name was Crystal if I am not mistaken.

The hotel was excellent - service was fast and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good. Our only issue was the other guests on our floor. I woke at 2:30 am to the sound of loud arguing which was likely in another room but spilled into the hall. Doors were being slammed with multiple people involved. This continued until around 5:30 am. The shouting matches were not constant, but happened intermittently for three hours. When I was about to call the front desk, the fighting would stop and I did not know which rooms were involved. I looked into the hallway once or twice but was not able to determine which rooms were involved. Thankfully they either shut up or left the hotel around 5:30.

My husband & I came for a night away from the kids, and we enjoyed it. It was clean, quiet & the bed was comfy.

My stay at this hotel is always wonderful. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming and the hotel was very clean. Very good location and safe.

Property & Room was quiet. There was a buzzing coming from the wall between the beds.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was better than expected.

I stay here every time the weather is bad because of proximity to my job; quiet, convenient, great staff, cleanliness, and delicious breakfast buffet!

We were greeted by friendly staff who checked us in. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Only thing I didn’t like about my stay was the shower curtain was nasty and my shower faucet was on backwards. Cold was hot and hot was cold and I was thinking my shower wasn’t working.

Good location. The air freshener was way too strong.

The employees could not have been more pleasant and willing to help with a minor issue ( like how to work the TV and room phone). Morning breakfast was tasty and coffee was good.
