Front desk was outstanding and very understanding. We came up out of Denver to celebrate my brothers 90th birthday. We scheduled 2 nights but a winter storm warning was issued for Thursday. They let us out of the extra day. We will come back again

Tha service there was exceptional. People at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. Food was delicious. Over all i give it a 10 thumbs up

I stayed in room 216 with my family on the night of April 11th. My wife and I had a rather extreme complaint in regards to cleanliness of which I won’t discuss here seeing as I already discussed it with the guy at the front desk. I did recommend they don’t use the room until it’s addressed.

I only had contact with the front desk staff but they were OUTSTANDING! If the rest of the team was half as good as these folks were then I missed out on meeting them all. Fantastic experience!!
We did not care for the breakfast buffet. A bit our fault. We came in at 9:10 and it was pretty picked over and everything was sticky. But below what we expected.

We came to this hotel specifically for the breakfast and pool. The pool was closed and only half the breakfast was available.
We left our room for an hour in the morning and the staff had already cleaned our hotel room even though we hadn’t checked out yet.
We won’t be staying here again.

Overall the property was nice and clean but you can hear everything in your room. You can hear every door close, every person in the hallway, any animals or talking in rooms next to yours, everything! If you want a good nights sleep, go somewhere else, this was not peaceful or restful, it was a bed and clean bathroom for a night!
