Very courteous staff, Rial (sp?) very helpful at check in. Only , vey small issue… pool door lock not working, sta ff had to let us in. Great breakfast, clean, thanks for a great stay.

Worat stay ever. Reservations went missing, but were finally found. Manager sent a meth head thug wannabee to my room and accused me of not paying. Demanded a credit card at check-out. Save yourself
some grief and stay anywhere else in Lander.

Air conditioner did not work for 2 days, and we were facing the afternoon sun. The front office was useless when we went to them for help. The elevator was also down for a time. Thankfully, Mark the maintenance person, was very helpful and professional.
Also, although my agency is paying them for my stay, thet are still charging my card for the whole stay, and won't release the funds????
The breakfast is OK for a 1 or 2 night stay. But it is the same thing every day, and we've been here 2 weeks.

Stayed overnight for my niece's graduation in Riverton. Lander had quite a few little gems of shops. We'll probably be back. I didn't expect much here, but the TV was huge and the bed was comfortable. I think they had nice Dove products here too.
