First and foremost, Conner at the front desk was great! He was very friendly and displayed excellent customer service. The property and our room was very clean and spotless. Breakfast was great as well. I'm confident to say that any time we visit Pasco, we'll definitely be staying at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Pasco-Tri Cities.

Very clean property and friendly staff. The incidental fee was a lot less than most hotels as well. I will definitely be staying at this location again!
