Overall, this hotel served my needs. They were able to switch room type at late check in, which I appreciated. Average hot breakfast-love to get my protein in. Room size was a bit on the small side. Desk area was cramped. Shower ceiling had mold spots on it but rest of room was clean. A bit surprised that there were not more power outlets available between the beds and around the room-making charging all our devices a challenge. This hotel is literally 2 minutes from the mall, 5 from the casino/convention center, topgolf etc. Very convenient.

First and foremost, the bathroom had no lock, which made me extremely uncomfortable, especially when traveling with someone. The balcony also lacked a lock, which left me feeling unsafe at night. For a hotel that claims to prioritize guest comfort and security, this is unacceptable. Additionally, the room only had two outlet ports, which made it incredibly inconvenient to charge multiple devices. The room had a strange and unpleasant odor, and worst of all, there was a disgusting smell coming from the bedsheets, pillows, and blankets. It made it very hard to relax or sleep peacefully. Only one elevator was working, so moving between floors was a hassle, especially during busy hours. Lastly, I found it absurd that the hotel charges $4 for a bottle of Dasani water—an unreasonable price for such a basic amenity. Overall, I did not feel clean, comfortable, or secure during my stay. I won’t be coming back, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The price and location were right for our long weekend stay. The amenities were good, the property very clean, breakfasts varied and satisfactory.

Check-in and out was very easy. Large clean space for breakfast. Good, basic breakfast choices - thanks for the pitcher of half and half for my very tasty coffee. Room was clean and maintained daily. Beds were quite comfortable. Overall, the facility was just right for our weekend stay.

There was a dirty Q-tip when we walked in on the floor of the bathroom...the windows were not properly sealed, so hot air and noise were both coming in. The elevators did not work. The showerheads were quite low, and my 6-foot-tall son had to squat to wash his hair. The toilet leaked every time it was flushed.

We stayed for a sports tournament and the room was a king suite which offered separate sleeping quarters than the living space. Our room was spacious and clean! We definitely would recommend!

Old hotel. Nothing like pictures. Do not stay here. Very loud and dirty. Overpriced for the quality.

This place was fine. Dated. Room seemed really tight/small. Faint smell of cigarette smoke when I walked into room. AC made it almost impossible to stay asleep – hot, cold, hot, cold...and loud.

Enjoyed my stay there with my family. No one bothers you and staff is great. Nice area to be at and was very convenient since it's next to the mall.

Will never stay there again. Which is a shame because the location is good, but the staff is horrible. They must hire the nastiest people they can find to run the front desk. Both ladies that I encountered were rude and disrespectful. I’m shocked your still in business. Remove them from the picture and it would be a great place.
