Exceeded our expectations. Our room, bathroom, floors, bedding, counters/tables were clean. (Some reviews caused negative vibes) Lobby was very nice, as was the front desk attendant.

Hotel was quiet on the 6th floor. Was a little disappointed with the beverage machines. Seems like everything was sold out on our floor. But the Alcove next door to the hotel
Has amazing food and a worker named Jojo that was a great guy. Lady that check us in at the hotel was sweet too.

Breakfast hours were incorrectly posted on website in 2 places. Desk clerk informed us that correct info was on the inside of the card folder.
We were always told that coffee is available all the time which is not the case. Everything else was very good but the misinformation was disappointing.

Yes , we were in town for an event and we were not able to check in till 11:30 pm cause our room wasn't ready , and I was still charged full price that's not right at all . I booked tht room months ago . I would like at least half my money back . I feel charging full price isn't right considering we couldn't check in till 11 :30 pm

Stayed with my husband and kids. When we went to put linens on the pull out couch, we discovered that the linens were dirty (looked like chunky vomit dried onto the comforter) and only one pillow. So we asked for more linens and the staff member seemed very put out to get some for us. Then, we were told there were no more pillows or extra towels (we have four kids and they only gave us four towels).
The facility is old and dark and dingy. Pool and exercise facilities are ok, although there were crumbling tiles in the pool.
Overall, would not stay here again.

Air conditioner in the room stopped working at 4am in the morning. When I told the lady at the reception, she was so rude and did nothing about it. Horrible experience.

The check in person didn't even speak to me until I asked where the elevator was. Very rude when I asked time for breakfast. Room floor was dirty as was the bathroom. I will not stay here again. Did not feel safe due to room on backside of hotel in the first floor.
