Holiday Inn Express & Suites RATON by IHG, an IHG Hotel

We had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and everything was clean.

Was a little out of the way and a little dated. Overall it was pretty good.

The pool and spa are not in service.

The front desk staff at check in was so kind! Our room was really clean, and the breakfast in the morning was soooo delicious!

Supposed remodel already falling apart from lack of maintenance Loose floor tiles in entry to room Cold spa/ hot tub, no working spa jets Cloudy pool - you can’t just add more chemicals instead of changing or filtering water Pills on floor of our room. You could kill a child this way! Loose toilet seat Missing set of window curtains Smelly, moldy shower Dirty duvet!! the grossest part of any hotel! Floors Not vaccuumed Bobby pin on floor of bathroom Dirty remote, it was so dirty it was brown Shower has black AND pink mold. Mold on ceiling of shower. AVOID!!

We got locked into the back patio of the hotel. The 6 foot fence had a padlock on it and the door to get in hotel did not have a key pad and the door was locked. We tried to call the front desk the phone did not work found out later the phone line was knocked out from a storm the week prior. We called corporate they could not reach hotel so advised to call 911, police could not reach hotel so police came to hotel to let us back in. A real safety issue. Corporate said they would make it right but did not follow up to I had to call, they offered points, not even enough for one night anywhere.

The room and bed was very comfortable!!

Location off the freeway required several turns to get to the property, even though you could see it from the freeway.

This is just an older hotel , but overall it was a fine place to stay.

the only negative about this hotel is that the downstair rooms can obviously hear everything the upstairs does. even walking the downstairs under us was beating on the ceiling saying we was loud and we was only walking in the room. the staff came and asked us to stop jumping and no one was jumping at all. not sure if it was just us and our downstairs "neighbor" was extra sensitive to sound or what, but the staff was so super friendly! no complaints from us at all! we would stay here again for sure.

Great stop for our family on the way to Colorado from Texas. Felt safe and slept well.

The only way I could do that was if you wanted me too I could come and pick it out e way you can get it

It is outdated, receptionist was wonderful but I have bitten by bedbugs

Excellent place to stay. A comfortable bed, hot breakfast, and nice staff made iur stay pleasant. I recommend! We liked it so well, we booked 3 nights at another Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites at our destination!

This hotel does not live up to Holiday Inn standards that I expected. The bathroom is in serious need of an update. It also needs a new shower curtain and the tub didn’t drain properly. The bedroom was somewhat updated. Looked recently painted and the bed was very comfortable for me. It was firm but not hard. The carpet needs to be seriously cleaned or better yet replaced. Breakfast was typical Holiday Inn breakfast with hot & cold options.

Lovely lady at check in recommended perfect restaurant for us tired travelers.

You walked in and you were honored with respect and they truly wanted you to enjoy your stay!
